At Ticket, we are now looking for a new star for our store on Sveavägen in central Stockholm. With us, you will have a fast-paced and developing everyday life – together with wonderful colleagues who make each other better every day.

As a travel seller, you help our customers plan and book their dream trip – from city weekends to long trips, cruises, or family vacations. You guide, advise, and sell the entire package – flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and events – in-store, over the phone, and digitally.

But the job is about more than just selling trips. It is also complex; we use over 30 different systems, work with many suppliers, and manage a multitude of routines and regulations. This requires you to be quick, accurate, and solution-oriented – and to enjoy diving into new things.

We know there is a lot to learn, which is why you will receive structured onboarding together with your manager and your team. You will receive training in systems, products, and working methods while getting to know colleagues from all over Sweden. Here, “learning by doing” applies with support along the way.
